However, many madrasahs in sub-urban areas still face challenges of inefficiency due to manual registration systems prone to data errors and time consumption. This study aims to analyze the optimization of educational administrative management through the implementation of a web-based New Student Admission System (PPDB) at MTs Ma’Arif NU Kemiri Winong and evaluate its impact on operational efficiency. This research employs a descriptive case study approach with in-depth observation and interview methods to compare efficiency parameters before and after digitalization. The evaluation matrix focuses on data processing time, information accuracy, and administrative cost savings. The research findings indicate that the digitalization of PPDB successfully reduced registration processing time by 80%, eliminated data redundancy through real-time validation, and significantly lowered administrative operational costs. Furthermore, the system enhanced data transparency and the professional image of the institution in the public's perception. This study concludes that digitalization is not merely a technical solution but a strategic catalyst in transforming madrasah management to achieve accountable and efficient governance.
2026-02-20T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://e-journal.polsa.ac.id/index.php/jneti/article/view/396Transformasi Digital Manajemen Aset Pendidikan: Implementasi Sistem Informasi Sarana dan Prasarana Terintegrasi pada SMK Pancasila 1 Kutoarjo2026-04-06T03:20:29+00:00Wahid Nur Rohman[email protected]
Digital transformation in educational institutions has become a strategic imperative to enhance operational efficiency and accountability. SMK Pancasila 1 Kutoarjo faces significant challenges in infrastructure and asset management, which remains manual and fragmented, leading to data redundancy and delayed inventory reporting. This study aims to design and implement an Integrated Asset and Infrastructure Information System to optimize school governance. The research methodology employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the Waterfall development model, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, coding, and testing. The results indicate that the implementation of the integrated system significantly reduces the asset reporting cycle time from several working days to mere minutes via real-time data access. Furthermore, data synchronization across departments (workshop heads and infrastructure units) improved inventory accuracy to 100% and strengthened decision support for school management in procurement planning. This study concludes that the digital transformation of asset management serves as a critical instrument for Vocational High Schools (SMK) in managing complex practical equipment effectively and transparently.
2026-02-20T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://e-journal.polsa.ac.id/index.php/jneti/article/view/392Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Simpanan pada BMT Istiqomah Syariah Kutoarjo2026-04-06T03:20:31+00:00Damar Eko Cahyono[email protected]
Islamic Microfinance Institutions (BMT) play a strategic role in community economic empowerment; however, their operational efficiency is often hindered by manual data management systems. BMT Istiqomah Syariah Kutoarjo faces challenges such as risks of recording errors in savings transactions, data duplication, and delays in preparing monthly financial reports. This study aims to design and develop an integrated savings information system to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency. The system development methodology employed is the Waterfall model, encompassing requirement analysis, system design, coding, and testing phases. The results indicate that the developed information system is capable of automating the entire cycle of member savings transactions and generating financial reports in real-time. The implementation of this system is proven to minimize potential human errors and increase service transparency for members. This system is expected to serve as a digital foundation for BMT Istiqomah Syariah Kutoarjo in improving service quality and management accountability.
2026-02-20T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://e-journal.polsa.ac.id/index.php/jneti/article/view/394SISTEM INFORMASI RAWAT JALAN KLINIK GRIYA SARAS BRUNO2026-04-06T03:20:33+00:00alvina damayanti[email protected]
Digital transformation in primary healthcare is essential for enhancing operational efficiency and the quality of patient care. Griya Saras Bruno Clinic currently faces challenges in outpatient data management due to manual processes, leading to information fragmentation and prolonged patient waiting times. This study aims to design, implement, and evaluate an integrated outpatient information system at Griya Saras Bruno Clinic to optimize clinical workflows. The research employed the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach using the Waterfall model for system development. System evaluation was conducted through functional testing (Black-box testing) and user acceptance analysis using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. The system implementation successfully integrated registration, clinical examination, and pharmacy units into a centralized database. Evaluation results indicate that the system significantly reduced patient administrative waiting times and minimized the risk of medical data redundancy. TAM analysis showed high levels of user acceptance, particularly in perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. This information system not only improves operational efficiency but also strengthens clinical documentation accuracy, providing a foundation for enhanced patient safety in primary healthcare facilities.
2026-02-20T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://e-journal.polsa.ac.id/index.php/jneti/article/view/395Implementasi Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Sekolah Berbasis Web untuk Meningkatkan Transparansi dan Efisiensi Administrasi di TK Sarroja2026-04-06T03:20:34+00:00titin Pramesti[email protected]
Digital transformation in school financial management has become crucial to ensuring accountability and operational efficiency, particularly in early childhood education institutions that often still rely on manual processes. This study aims to design and implement a web-based school payment information system at TK Sarroja to address issues of data inefficiency, reporting delays, and the lack of information transparency for parents. The research methodology employed the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, coding, and functionality testing. The results indicate that the system's implementation significantly reduced administrative processing time by up to 70% compared to conventional methods. Furthermore, the real-time transaction history feature has enhanced information accessibility for parents, thereby fostering better fiscal transparency. In conclusion, the digitalization of financial administration through a web platform not only optimizes the performance of administrative staff but also strengthens stakeholder trust in the institution's management integrity. This research provides a practical contribution as a model for modernizing micro-scale school governance in the digital era
2026-02-20T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##
