<p> </p> <p><em>This Android-based Community Satisfaction Survey (CSS) application aims to measure community satisfaction as service users and improve the quality of public service delivery at the Purworejo Population and Civil Registration Office. The survey currently used is still a questionnaire with closed and open answers, so if a questionnaire is found that is damaged and not filled out completely, then the questionnaire is not included in the data analysis. This application requires observation at the Purworejo Dukcapil Office to obtain the required data. The analytical method used is the sample method taken using simple random sampling and descriptive quantitative techniques where the data is in the form of numbers and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques for data collection and system development. Meanwhile, the data collection method uses observation, interviews and literature study methods, and the application development method uses the Java programming language and SQLite database. The results obtained from this research are in the form of an Android-based survey application, making the data processed more accurate.</em></p>Muhammad Yusfa Rasyid

<p><em>SD Negeri Tangkisan is one of the government-owned educational institutions located in Krajan Hamlet, RT 02 / RW 01, Tangkisan Village, Bayan District, Purworejo Regency. The management of inventory data and consumables has been recorded using a computerized system but still using Microsoft Excel, this is less effective and efficient.</em></p> <p><em>Based on this description, the author conducted research using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies, with descriptive qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The author designs an information system for managing inventory data and consumables using Microsoft Access 2010, this system is designed to facilitate the management of inventory data and consumables in adding, deleting, printing, creating reports, and searching data more effectively and efficiently.</em></p> <p><em>The results of the system implementation show an increase in the effectiveness and efficiency of managing inventory data and consumables at SD Negeri Tangkisan. <p><em>After conducting research at the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Trade, problems were found regarding the licensing service process and data processing, which were deemed less efficient and accurate. The licensing process is carried out manually, which requires more time, energy, and costs, making performance inefficient. Another problem is the difficulty in structuring the license requirement documents from the applicant, which causes the need for sufficient space to store documents.</em></p> <p><em>In this project, the research method used is observation, interview, and literature study, so that an information system is produced to help service and data processing by using a web program and a database.</em></p> <p><em>The creation of a Licensing Information System for Occupying Market Stalls and Lots is needed to help the service process become more effective. <p>Kantor Kelurahan Sucenjurutengah merupakan sebuah lembaga instansi pemerintahan setingkat desa yang berada di Kelurahan Sucenjurutengah Kecamatan Bayan Kabupaten Purworejo. Kantor Kelurahan Sucenjurutengah melayani masyarakat dalam berbagai kebutuhan surat menyurat. Selama ini, pelayanan surat menyurat dilakukan dengan konvensional, sehingga hal tersebut menyebabkan kurang efisiennya dalam pembuatan surat keterangan. Pada sistem informasi ini melayani empat jenis surat, antara lain Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian, Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu dalam hal Pendidikan, Surat Keterangan Usaha, dan Surat Keterangan Domisili. Sistem ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, <em>framework </em>CodeIgniter, MySQL sebagai penyimpanan <em>database, </em>dan Sublime Text sebagai <em>text </em>editor. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah pelayanan surat keterangan di Kelurahan Sucenjurutengah.</p>Dhika Widiyanto

<p><em>This research aims to test and analyze the influence of employee satisfaction factors at the population and civil registration services on the use of the population administration information system in Purworejo Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using primary data by distributing questionnaires. The sample used was 40 employee respondents who used the population administration information system. The data obtained was processed using SPSS version 22. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests. multiple linear regression test, T test, and F test. The results of this research show that 1) system quality (X<sub>1</sub>) partially has a significant effect on employee satisfaction with a t test result of 3.481. 2) information quality (X<sub>2</sub>) partially has a significant effect on employee satisfaction with a t test result of 3.923. 3) service quality (X<sub>3</sub>) partially has a significant effect on employee satisfaction with a t test result of 3.775. 4) partial use of (X<sub>4</sub>) has no significant effect on employee satisfaction with a t test result of -1.043. 5) net benefits (X<sub>5</sub>) partially have no significant effect on employee satisfaction with a t test result of -1.608. For the f test, the significance value for the influence of system quality (X<sub>1</sub>), information quality (X<sub>2</sub>), service quality (X<sub>3</sub>), usage (X<sub>4</sub>), and net benefits (X₅), simultaneously on Y is 0.000 < 0.05 and the f value count 7,720 > f table 2,650, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of system quality (X<sub>1</sub>), information quality (X<sub>2</sub>), service quality (X<sub>3</sub>), usage (X<sub>4</sub>), and net benefits (X₅), simultaneously on employee satisfaction Y . </em></p>Ahmad Syarif Mutsanna
