Abstract
The implementation of sustainable business models is very important for MSME in facing the challenges of competition and changes in the business environment. MSME Baker Old in Lubuk Begalung, Padang City, was chosen as a service partner because it still faces obstacles in integrating the principle of desire into its business strategy. The purpose of this service is to improve the understanding and ability of MSME Baker Old in implementing sustainable business models to support the growth of environmentally friendly and competitive businesses. The methods used include mentoring, training, and evaluation of the implementation of sustainable business models based on a participatory approach. The results of the service show an increase in the understanding of MSME actors regarding the concept of poverty, as well as positive changes in business practices, such as waste management, energy efficiency, and the use of environmentally friendly raw materials. In conclusion, the implementation of sustainable business models in MSME Baker Old is able to increase competitiveness and business desire, as well as provide a positive impact on the surrounding environment.
