The implementation of sustainable business models is very important for MSME in facing the challenges of competition and changes in the business environment. MSME Baker Old in Lubuk Begalung, Padang City, was chosen as a service partner because it still faces obstacles in integrating the principle of desire into its business strategy. The purpose of this service is to improve the understanding and ability of MSME Baker Old in implementing sustainable business models to support the growth of environmentally friendly and competitive businesses. The methods used include mentoring, training, and evaluation of the implementation of sustainable business models based on a participatory approach. The results of the service show an increase in the understanding of MSME actors regarding the concept of poverty, as well as positive changes in business practices, such as waste management, energy efficiency, and the use of environmentally friendly raw materials. In conclusion, the implementation of sustainable business models in MSME Baker Old is able to increase competitiveness and business desire, as well as provide a positive impact on the surrounding environment.

. Usaha kerajinan tangan berbahan dasar rotan di daerah Pitameh, Lubuk Begalung (Lubeg), memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung perekonomian lokal dan pelestarian budaya. Namun, masih terdapat berbagai kendala dalam hal mutu produk, konsistensi proses produksi, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen kualitas (SMK) yang sesuai dengan karakteristik usaha kecil menengah (UKM) di sektor ini. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pelaku usaha, serta analisis terhadap standar mutu yang relevan seperti ISO 9001. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan sistem manajemen kualitas yang terstruktur, terdapat peningkatan dalam efisiensi produksi, pengendalian kualitas, dan kepuasan konsumen. Rekomendasi pengembangan SMK meliputi perbaikan prosedur operasional standar (SOP), pelatihan kualitas bagi pengrajin, dan pengawasan mutu yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam peningkatan daya saing usaha kerajinan rotan di daerah tersebut.

Effective pricing is a key factor in enhancing competitiveness and customer satisfaction in the optical industry. This study aims to analyze the pricing strategy of eyeglass products based on market segmentation at Optik YAR Padang. Market segmentation was conducted by grouping consumers according to demographic, psychographic, and purchasing behavior characteristics. The research employed a quantitative approach using survey questionnaires distributed to customers, and the data were analyzed using cross-tabulation and chi-square tests. The results show significant differences in price preferences among various market segments, particularly based on age, income level, and the purpose of eyeglass use (fashion or vision correction). The findings recommend that Optik YAR implement differentiated pricing strategies tailored to each target segment, such as economic pricing for students and premium pricing for professionals. By applying segmentation-based pricing strategies, the company can improve customer loyalty and sales efficiency.

Desa Pagersari memiliki potensi ekonomi yang cukup besar melalui sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memasarkan produk secara digital dan mengelola keuangan usaha. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pelatihan digital marketing dan penyusunan laporan keuangan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM lokal. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui identifikasi masalah, perencanaan tindakan, pelatihan, hingga evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pemasaran digital serta kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya memperkuat keterampilan teknis pelaku usaha, tetapi juga membentuk jaringan sosial yang mendukung kolaborasi dan pengembangan UMKM secara berkelanjutan.

Community service is one of the obligations of the tridharma of higher education. This activity is conducted in the form of participation as a judge in the Student Competency Competition (LKS) in the field of Accounting and Finance at the Purworejo Regency level in 2025. The purpose of this activity is to support the enhancement of vocational high school students' competencies, especially in the field of Accounting and Finance. The service is carried out by assessing the performance of the participants and providing feedback as a form of evaluation to strengthen students' technical skills in Accounting and Finance. The results of this activity are expected to serve as evaluation material and curriculum development at the vocational high school level to meet the needs of the workforce.

Community service is one of the implementations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education aimed at contributing to society. This community service activity was carried out through the role of lecturers as jury members and supervisors in the Student Competency Competition (LKS) for vocational high schools in the IT Software Solution for Business field at the Purworejo Regency level. This activity aimed to support the improvement of vocational students’ competencies, particularly in Android-based application development aligned with industry needs. The method included technical meetings, supervision during the competition, and assessment of participants’ works based on predetermined criteria. The results indicate that participants were able to develop Android applications covering input, process, and output components as required. This activity had a positive impact on students’ motivation, ensured objective assessment, and strengthened collaboration between higher education institutions and vocational schools

Strengthening village governance has become an urgent need to support the effective and accountable implementation of village autonomy. This Community Service activity aims to assist the Besole Village Government, Bayan District, Purworejo Regency in conducting transparent and competency-based village apparatus selection. The implementation method uses a participatory-applicative approach through two stages: administrative selection and computer skills assessment covering the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The activity was conducted on March 5, 2025, at the Computer Laboratory of Politeknik Sawunggalih Aji, involving 19 candidates for the position of Village Welfare Section Head. The results demonstrate that the application of meritocratic principles and science-technology-based approaches can enhance transparency, objectivity, and accountability in the village apparatus recruitment process. This activity successfully produced technically and administratively competent village officials, improved participants' mastery of information technology, and strengthened public trust in village governance. This assistance provides a tangible contribution to village human resource empowerment and the implementation of good governance principles at the local level.
