Pengaruh Islamic Work Ethics dan Spiritualitas Islam terhadap Komitmen Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening di Era Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi pada Staf LazisMu Kabupaten Kebumen)

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh variable Islamic work ethic, spiritualitas Islam dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan sebanyak 57 staf Lazismu Kabupaten Kebumen dengan status tetap sebagai responden yang diambil dengan meggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh. Data diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 57 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Data yang sudah terkumpul diolah dengan bantuan alat statistik SPPS for windows seri 24.0, kemudian di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islamic Work Ethic memiliki peran yang cukup tinggi dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan. Spiritualitas Islam berengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja tetapi tidak terhadap komitmen karyawan.
