Mempertahan Kinerja Perusahaan Dengan Strategi Dan Inovasi : Studi Empiris Pada UMKM Di Jawa Tengah
Abstract
Pandemi covid 19 dan kondisi ekonomi global (saat ini) telah berdampak pada kondisi perekonomian termasuk kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Jawa tenggah . Untuk mengatasi hal ini perusahaan memperlukan strtegi yang tepat dan inovasi yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh strategi dan inovasi dampaknya terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
Penelitian desertasi ini menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui fasilitas google from. Responden penelitian ini adalah pemilik sekaligus pimpinan umkm sebanyak 693 orang yang berada di jawa tengah. Variabel yang digunakan dalam desertasi ini mencakup literasi digital, resiliensi, literasi keuangan, dukungan sosial, dan kinerja perusahaan. Model penelitian ini adalah model persamaan simultan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak smart PLS yang digunakan untuk mengolah data.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi dan inovasi secara simultan mempengaruhi secara sinigfikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan UMKM harus menggunakan strategi dan inovasi, karena dengan hal tersebut perusahaan memiliki kemampuan untuk berubah secara cepat dalam mengatasi kinerjanya yang menurun dari dampak pandemic covid 19 dan krisis ekonomi saat ini.
